We will hold our 5th Annual Turkey Drive at the Douglas Court House @ 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, GA from 8:00 AM until we run out.
Splendors of Africa's 4th Annual Turkey Drive was a great success. Partnerships have continued to grow, and the families reached are not only from Douglas, but neighboring counties too.
The event is held annually at the Douglas County Courthouse on Hospital Drive.
Splendors of Africa's 2nd Annual Turkey Drive, held in Douglasville GA, was a great success. We partnered with other local charities to celebrate the spirit of giving back to our community. We gave away 450 turkeys.

Despite the challenges of Year 2020, Splendors of Africa pulled off their first Turkey Drive! The community came together to provide Thanksgiving Turkeys to families in need during a very difficult and uncertain time. The need was great, but the generosity of our community was greater. Thank you to all our partners!
Our community outreach program is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of our community. Through the delivery of meals and other basic needs, we aim to alleviate food insecurity and improve the overall health and well-being of those in need.
Our children and youth programs are dedicated to providing the necessary support, care, and opportunities for the development of children and youth. We aim to provide education for every child, ensuring their protection and empower the youth to reach their full potential.
Splendors of Africa provides scholarship opportunities to students who attend Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs).
Splendors of Africa's Cross-Cultural Mentorship Program aims to build bridges between the youth of Africa and the United States by connecting them through mentorship. Through this program, we hope to break down cultural barriers and foster mutual understanding and support between young people in Africa and the United States.
